Policies

All clients are responsible for booking their own studio time.

Make up, hair, etc must be done prior to shoot.

No extra guest(s) allowed unless permitted.

Please note that available props are limited.

A 10 minute set up and breakdown time are included in the Session’s Timeframe.

Additional looks requires extra time, if you do not add extra time you will be automatically charged

Client agrees to pay photographer a 50% Non-Refundable retainer at the time of booking to secure their appointment date and time. The balance is due latest a day before the session. Orders will not be processed until payment in full is received.

The session fee covers the time and talent of photographer, basic retouching and creative editing of images, as determined by the photographer, and images (amount depending on session) to be stored through Dropbox.

Funds are non refundable after full service is rendered.

A transportation fee of $2/per mile is required for sessions that are outside of Bowie, MD.

If there are any costs/fees associated with the location the client has chosen for their session, you, the client, will be responsible for those fees I.e ( Travel cost, parking tickets, towing fees, and etc ). Please email or DM us for more information.

Every client gets a 15 minute grace period. After your grace period, the shoot will be canceled or done at a reduced time.

30 minutes late - $25

45 minutes late - $50

1 hour late - $75

If you must reschedule a 72 hour notice is required

If you reschedule between 24-48 hours of your shoot, a penalty of $100 will be added

Client must email us to reschedule before the photoshoot date. Failure to do so results in the session being canceled and the retainer voided.

5-7 Business days for images to be delivered ( Mon-Fri )

7-10 Business days for events ( Mon-Fri )

Please be advised that Turn around time is subject to change depending on the type/size of the project

A Dropbox folder is sent to the client within 24-48 hours of the session to select images to be retouched. Client must submit images to be retouched within 72 hours.

(IF IMAGES ARE SENT IN TIMEFRAME, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR EDITING)

Additional retouches are $20 per image

Photos delivered through Dropbox within 24 hours of the session ( Folder deleted after 10 days )

I hereby give to Blessed Photography the absolute and irrevocable right and permission with respect to the photographs that he/she has taken of myself and/or my minor child in which he/she may be included with others:

a) To copyright the same in the photographer’s name or any other name that he/she may select;

b) To use, re-use, publish and re-publish the same in whole or in part, separately or in conjunction with other photographs, in any medium now or hereafter known, and for any purpose whatsoever, including (but not by way of limitation) illustration, promotion, advertising and trade, and;

I hereby release and discharge Blessed Photography from all and any claims and demands ensuing from or in connection with the use of the photographs, including any and all claims for libel and invasion of privacy.

Photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business. 

Blessed Photography retains all copyrights to all images created during client’s session. A print release will be included with digital files to print portraits for personal use up to designated size listed on print release. The print release does not allow publication of your portraits (i.e. entering in contests), selling or altering of your images without the photographer’s written permission. It is illegal to copy, scan, download, print, share, alter, or otherwise steal any image created by Blessed Photography during client’s photo session. This applies to "sneak peek" images, images posted in an online proofing gallery, blog, social media, or hard copy images. If client steals images via any method listed above, or any other method, client will be invoiced for the cost of EACH digital image client has stolen, at photographer’s current price per digital file.
